About our measures against COVID-2019
Since this hotel is a rental villa, it seems that the risk of infection with virus of COVID-2019 is low compared to facilities where an unspecified number of people stay. As a Goto travel business operator, we consider the health and safety of our customers and employees, and operate our business while incorporating new lifestyle measures to prevent the spread of virus of COVID-2019 infection.
Currently by using OTAs system such as this, you can stay at a discount in advance, but if you need a certificate of accommodation, please let us know.
Regarding infection control, we are taking the following measures in accordance with the business outline of the Japan Tourism Agency.

Requests to Tourists
Please refrain from traveling if you have symptoms such as coughing, fever, or loss of taste, if you have been in contact with an infected person within the past two weeks, or if there is a possibility that you may be infected with the COVID-2019. If you feel unwell during your stay, please stay in your room.
Before traveling, please check your physical condition such as temperature measurement, and refrain from traveling if you have a fever or cold symptoms. Also, please actively use the contact confirmation app.
Please follow the "New Travel Etiquette" during your trip. Please do not go to places or facilities where the 3Cs occur, and refrain from loud voices.
Please cooperate with the employee's instructions regarding temperature measurement, identity verification, three Cs measures, and other infection prevention. If you do not cooperate, we will not approve the use of the campaign.
We may ask you to cancel in the following cases.
〇 If you see an explosive spread of infection in Shimoda, etc.
〇 If there is a request to refrain from lodging business.
〇 If a request to refrain from moving between cities is issued.
〇 If an infected person comes out from an employee of the hotel.
